  • The main sessions are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Sunday and Thursday are for those who happened to be in Montreal on those days.
  • Blocked hotel rooms: Appartements-Hôtel Trylon (http://trylon.ca/) Please go ahead and reserve the room. Please find below the types of apartments and the rates:
    • Studio 1 night - 85$+taxes per night 2 nights and plus - 70$+taxes per night
    • Junior Suite 1 night - 90$+taxes per night 2 nights and plus - 75$+taxes per night
    • One bedroom apartment with one double bed and one pull-out couch 1 night - 100$+taxes per night 2 nights and plus - 87$+taxes per night
    • One bedroom apartment with 2 double beds and one pull-out couch 1 night - 105$+taxes per night 2 night and plus - 92$+taxes per night
  • The reservation code is: BMODES2017 Please fill the reservation form.
  • Each guest will have to book with their personal credit card. Also, they can cancel without penalty if they inform us at least 8 days before the arrival. If the guests cancels 7 days or less before the arrival, we will charge one night fee. We can send an (encrypted) pdf file with credit card number to cie@trylon.ca.
  • Use "your-name_dobbs.pdf" or something like that with BMODE2017 as a password. Nataliya will understand.   • Registration fee and meals: We hope to provide meals during the conference as it is cold outside. Please register in advance using this REGISTRATION FORM.pdf
  • A formal receipt will be given at the conference. We are NOT allowed to accept credit card information by phone or by email - it must, unfortunately, be by fax. This is the best way for participants to pay by credit card. Some people might prefer to pay by cash - they can do that at the meeting. We will use the registration fees to pay for:
    •  the room, coffee, and tea
    • lunches for the meeting
    • stand up dinner.
    • more if the budget allows for it!
