Description
Overview
The bi-monthly meeting of the Multi-Messenger Astronomy Consortium will be held at the Kavli IPMU main building on the Kashiwa campus of the University of Tokyo from 9:00 to 13:00 on April 15th, 2014. It will be hosted by the Consortium's neutrino group.
Various talks - primarily centered on neutrinos - will be presented. They will include theoretical calculations, experimental techniques, and analysis of neutrino data. Ongoing and future projects will be discussed, as well as the connection between neutrinos and other messengers of energetic astrophysical events such as gravitational waves.
