The team of Dr. Julien Lesgourgues (CERN/EPFL) will visit Kavli IPMU and kindly give us a series of lectures and hands-on exercise sessions on his linear Boltzmann code "CLASS" and Markov Chain Monte Carlo wrapper "MontePython". The lectures will be for one week. This will be one-and-the-only opportunity for everyone to learn how to go from the CMB and large-scale structure power spectra to the cosmological parameters, and the physics behind this process.
Topic: Linear Perturbation Theory and Markov Chain Monte Carlo Codes [CLASS/MontePython]
