We do not arrange hotel accommodations, but this webpage provides some information about hotel accommodations around the Kashiwa campus. Please note that this information was selected at random from accommodations available around the Kashiwa campus, and not all hotel accommodations in the area are listed. Also, please note that it is your own responsibility to arrange accommodations for your stay. Please contact the hotels directly for more details and reserve your room as soon as possible because of limited availability of rooms at 23th night.

Except for night on 23 July, many rooms are availabe in Hotels A and B. 
Hotels C, F and G have many available rooms during whole days. 
Reservation of Hotels F and G is possible only from Japanese page or by phone in English. Please do not confuse these two hotels.
