Kavli IPMU is located on the University of Tokyo Kashiwa Campus. For most visitors, the easiest choice is to stay near Kashiwanoha-campus Station on the Tsukuba Express (TX) line.

The closest hotel to Kavli IPMU. Good for minimizing the daily commute; less convenient for restaurants and late-evening station access.

Nagareyama-otakanomori, Kashiwa, Kita-Senju, Asakusa, and Akihabara are reasonable alternatives with train or bus access.

Booking Notes
Rooms near Kashiwanoha can be limited, so early booking is recommended. Some hotel websites may be mainly in Japanese; standard reservation sites are often easier for English-language booking.
