This support is for temporary childcare costs related to conference participation.
For this conference, childcare support is available only for invited speakers.

Please include your name, childcare dates, and estimated cost. Further instructions about the application form and required documents will follow.
Support Details
Amount: up to 50% of actual childcare costs, capped at 5,000 JPY per child per day.
Possible services: daycare facilities, babysitters, Family Support Center services, and after-school programs.
Eligibility: the participant should be a guardian or regular caregiver. The child should be at or below the age equivalent to 6th grade in Japanese elementary school.
Afterward: approved applicants will need receipts or other proof of payment for reimbursement.
Note: support is subject to prior approval and available budget. Child travel expenses, duplicate subsidy requests, babysitting by family or relatives, and personal cancellation fees are not covered.
