Presentation guidelines
For invited talks, 40 minutes in total (including 10 minutes discussion) is allocated.
For contributing talks, 20 minutes in total (including 5 minutes discussion) is allocated.
Slides will be collected and uploaded to the event webpage with the speakers' consent.
To give your presentation, log in to the Zoom room provided below and share your screen via Zoom.
Zoom instructions
The workshop will be held in-person.
Zoom will be used for screen sharing and broadcasting to remote audiences.
Please download the latest version of the Zoom client.
The Zoom link will be available only to registrants.
For onsite participants
The registration opens at 12:30 on the first day (October 15).
Follow standard protocols to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Do not attend if you have any symptoms.
Banquet on October 16
The banquet will be held on October 16.
Please pay the banquet fee at the registration desk in cash (about 4000 yen per person).
Due to the nature of banquet venue reservations, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
If you need to cancel, let us know by October 5.
