Description

Professor Misao Sasaki (Kavli IPMU/APCTP) has been a leading figure for many years in the physics of inflation, a leading scenario for the origin of  both the expanding Universe and the primordial seeds of present-day cosmic structures. Misao will deliver an intensive lecture course on inflation. The organizers encourage as many researchers as possible to participate, particularly junior scientists. The lectures will be given in English (but any questions, in English, Japanese or other languages, are most welcome; we are sure Misao will be happy to address them.
