Purpose of this Workshop: To bring together world experts, in both theory and experiment, to have an opportunity to discuss the current status of High-Energy Physics and new physics searches at the LHC, confronting the first second run results of the 13 TeV LHC, which we hope to become public just before the workshop. In addition, we plan to discuss new directions to follow during future runs.
